M128 Meter System From Stenner

Select Stenner's M128 Meter System, pre-assembled and ready for installation, for 1:128 dosing to poultry water.

In livestock operations, stock solutions are traditionally run through non-electric water driven proportioners or medicators for 1:128 dosing of sanitizers, disinfectants, nutrients and medications. The water driven proportioner is prone to failure from chemicals deteriorating seals, pistons and O-rings. Debris and solids from the water source interfere with the operation and cause failure.

Stenner's M128 medicator is unaffected by undiluted chemicals or debris from the water source. The solution is pumped through the suction line, peristaltic tube and discharge line so it doesn’t come in contact with the pump’s moving parts. The medicator injects directly into the water line eliminating the need for a water bypass. When there is power to the pump and when utilizing a house controller, the standby setting can stop the pump from injecting, due to the internal signal splitter, and still register water consumption to the controller.

The M128 Meter System is optimal for turnkey installations. The design includes the medicator and a dry contact water meter in an all in one system where the components are mounted at the factory on a heavy duty panel to affix to a wall. Select a 3/4" or 1", plastic water meter offered as 1, 2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter.

How It Works

Activated by a dry contact water meter, the M128 pump is pre-set to ensure accurate delivery at 1 ounce per gallon and is adjustable for meter pulse rates of 1, 2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter. The medicator is pre-set to work with the tube size in the selected model.
