Double Head Fixed Output Metering Pump - Classic Series From Stenner
 The Double Head Fixed Output Metering Pump, is another variation to select from in the Classic Series, electro-mechanical pump line.
If requiring more output than the Classic single head pump offers, especially with 25 psi installations for larger commercial swimming pools, then the double head pump may be your answer. Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. Also utilized in water and wastewater treatment plants, the pump can inject two compatible liquids at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head fixed pump is built the same way as the single head fixed with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output. The pump runs at 100% fixed rate and can be installed to an ORP type controller to manage the output.

How the Double Head Fixed Chemical Injection Pump Works
The fixed rate pump does not have an output adjustment. The output is determined by three factors; the rpm of the motor gears and the pump tubes in both heads. The motor’s output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assembly within the pump head.
