Featuring five great pump series, EZ, EWN, EK, EHE, and EJ, E Series metering pumps are powered by advanced microprocessorbased electronics and superior mechanical design. With capacities up to 20 GPH (76 l/h) and pressures to 290 psi (20 bar), E Series has a pump that will fit most any industrial, municipal, or agricultural water or wastewater application. And, the entire E Series pump line is backed with a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers the entire pump, including the liquid end and diaphragm.
EJ Series 1.3 GPH and 175 PSI
The EJ-B Series metering pumps are the newest addition to Walchem metering pump line. With ouptuts up to 1.3GPH (4.8LPH) and pressures up to 175PSI (1.2MPa), the EJ series offers a lower cost entry-level pump while providing improved features and additional control options.
The EWN-R Series electronic metering pumps offer superior high speed dosing capability with more standard features. The flexibility of the EWN-R pump enable it be integrated into virtually any chemical feed application using a universal-voltage, digital controller with an expanded set of control features.
EZ pumps have outputs to 6.3 GPH and pressure capabilities to 150 PSI. The compact size and simple control make it ideal for OEM applications, water treatment, car wash and other industrial applications.
EHE pumps have outputs up to 20 gallons per hour and pressure capabilities to 150 PSI. Combining the EHE performance and a turn-down ratio of 1800:1 yields one of the most versatile pumps on the market today.
The EK Series pumps are the world's first IP67 electronic metering pumps. This means that the EK is the only pump in the industry guaranteed to operate submerged 3 feet under water for up to 30 minutes!
In a class by itself - the LK is a motor driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump with a maximum capacity of 114 GPH (432 l/h) and maximum pressure of 225 PSI (1.5 MPa).
The EH-HV Series is specifically designed to accurately feed high viscosity chemicals. Equipped with machined PVC liquid ends and spring loaded stainless steel valve balls, the HV series is designed for superior valve action and performance.
The IX Series pumps are extremely efficient motor driven pumps with a ±1% full scale accuracy. Standard with several control methods, the IX Series pumps provide a solution to a variety of applications all in one pump.
