KEFS Electric Float Switch

The KENCO Model KEFS uses a float to determine the presence or absence of liquid in a vessel at the process connection. The float arm assembly consists of a float at one end and a magnet at the other. As the level in the vessel rises, the float rises and the magnet falls. The magnet actuates a second magnet on the other side of the pressure boundary. This second magnet causes the switch to change state.

KDV Dump Valve

The KENCO KDV Series "No-Freeze" Dump Valve is a pneumatically controlled valve designed for fluid level control in gas scrubbers, seperators and other process pressure vessels. Model KDV Dump Valves are available with either 1" or 2" process connections. The drain sizes are 1/2", 3/4" and 1" depending on the model selected. The valve actuation pressure range is 30-70 psi depending on the model and process pressure. Process pressure rating of up to 2000 psi are available.

Low Flow Meter

The Kenco 1618 Low Flow Meter is part of an oil supply system for a stationary engine or compressor crankcase. The 1618 is installed on the inlet side of the crankcase, upstream of a Kenco Oil Level Controller. The 1618 Low Flow Meter will provide a constant, accurate measurement of oil consumption by the crankcase, the power cylinder lubricators, and the compressor cylinder lubricators.

Proximity Switch

The KENCO Proximity Switch is installed into the divider block and is composed of a reed switch plus a magnet. When installed, the magnet rests against the divider block piston. The magnet is housed in the Proximity Switch body parallel to the reed switch. Each time the divider block pulses with a lubrication cycle, the piston moves the magnet, opening and closing the contacts of the reed switch.

NFS No-Flow Safety Switch

KENCO No-Flow Switches mount in the line between the lubricator and cylinder. Oil flow is through the switch -- forcing the plunger off its contact. Its rate of travel is controlled by fluid slippage past the precision-fit plunger, preventing premature shutdown. If the lubricator stops pumping, the plunger will drift to the contact and stop the engine.
