The NC3150-III Generator is a <1 to 150 lb/day three chemical generator designed and built in-house by H2trOnics.

The generator is inherently simple: because an eductor is used to drive the generation – when motive water flow stops, generation stops.

The NC3150-III has very few moving parts and does not use any consumable hardware items, such as catalysts or resin cartridges, which results in a system that is virtually maintenance free and is not vulnerable to unexpected downtime while waiting for replacement consumables.

The fixed orifices are sized so that the ClO2 solution generated varies from about 500 to just over 1000 mg/L ClO2, depending upon motive water flow. The NC3150-III’s design prevents it from producing a solution greater than 1200 mg/L ClO2.

All components in the NC3150-III have been selected to be compatible with ClO2 or the precursors.

With available features such as the addition of a Walchem Webmaster or touch screen PLC, the NC3150-III has a multitude of options to customize the integration based on our customer’s preferences.
