Rubber Lined Corrosion Proof Centrifugal Pumps

CAMAC acid-proof, Rubber Lined Corrosion Proof Centrifugal Pumps are engineered to completely protect all metallic parts from corrosive liquids, prevent contamination of solutions, and to assure long, trouble-free pump life. Head section and flanged or hose nozzle connections are completely lined with heavy, high temperature (200ºF), acid proof, non-contaminating sheet rubber. Impellar, seal plug, and seal pressure plate are all made of polysulfone plastic.

CAMAC pumps may be disassembled with a minimum of standard tools. The entire pump head, consisting of bearing assembly, seal and impeller, may be removed from the base. Then, it may be conveniently repaired and reassembled on a mechanic's bench, after which it can be replaced on the base as a unit.

CAMAC Acid Proof Rubber Lined Centrifugal Pumps are equipped with a simple highly reliable mechanical seal as standard equipment at no additional cost.CAMAC seals are "job proven" by years of service in many installations where they are daily handling highly corrosive acids and aalkalis. CAMAC mechanical seals are compsed of Neoprene and carbon rings with no metallic parts. No external cooling is required since the seal is located inside and cooled by the solution being pumped. Even very hot solutions will provide adequate cooling for CAMAC mechanical seals.

Most abrasive solutions can be handled without damaging the special relieved CAMAC seal which is standard in all CAMAC Rubber Lined Pumps.
